Payment & Cancellation Policy

As we are a small hotel, cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policies are as follows.

 

Room Reservation

We require a minimum deposit equal to one night's stay per room to hold your reservation. Kindly transfer the full amount of one night's stay to our company bank account in order for us to secure your reservation.

For peak period reservations, the deposit required is 50% of the reserved stay if the reserved stay is more than one day.

For group bookings of more than three rooms and more than 2 days, during non peak or peak periods, the deposit required is 50% of the reserved stay.

 

Cancelling Your Reservation

There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 4 days prior to your check in date.

We allow a 50% refund of your deposit if cancellations are made 4days to 13 days prior to the date of check in.

We allow a full refund of your deposit if cancellations are made before 5:00PM (local time) 14 days or more prior to the date of check in.
